1. Definitions

  • Colors of products may vary slightly depending on your screen.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice.

5. Orders and Payment

  • When you place an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these Terms.

  • After you place an order, we will send you an email confirming receipt (“Order Confirmation”). This does not mean the order is accepted. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason (e.g., out of stock, pricing error).

  • Payment must be made through the payment methods available on the Site.

  • All prices are in [insert currency, e.g., PKR] and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We will ship your products to the address you provide.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, stock, or other factors.

  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site (text, images, logos, videos) is owned by or licensed to RANS and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, RANS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Site or purchase of Products.

  • Our maximum liability to you for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RANS, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your use of the Site;

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of  Pakistan. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts. 

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
